So all of these make great notes. Though some flaws.. If you write down every single thing the speaker says you won't stay caught up. If you only write words you don't know, you won't know how it goes with the fact. (Though it helps still) I honestly think it's B. It seems the more likely answer. "The main Idea and major details" Just write the main idea and major or only important things that's represented to the main Idea.

You know when the teacher tells you to summarize or don't write down the whole thing? Because they want you to write only the important things!

B, when writing notes, you don't need to write EVERYTHING the speaker says but you want to write the main idea which is what you will need to understand what the speaker is talking about
