2x + 3y = 2

Consider the system
3x + 3y = -6
Describe how to solve the system by multiplying the first equation by a constant and subtracting. Why
would this method be less than ideal?
(select) v the first equation by 1.5 and subtract. This would be less than ideal because you would
introduce (select) into the solution process.
