What are the smallest and largest neurons in the human brain?.

Answer:

There are many small neurons of roughly the same size, so I’m not sure which is the smallest, but most likely it some class of inhibitory interneuron.

Excitatory granule cells are also pretty small. The Wikipedia page says that cerebellar granule cells are ‘among’ the smallest.
