between a misdemeanor and
a felony?

deals with juveniles?

1. The purpose of appellate level courts is to insure that trials are fair
2. Misdemeanors have less offenses than felony charges
3. I think that there is a specific court that deals with juveniles because its “easy” to assume that juveniles need more room to grow, learn, and have less responsibility than adults.
