What is the difference between state of mind and feelings?.

State of mind is a general term representing brain functionalities with triggers available to act accordingly. It is more a hardware milieu. Feelings are short-term brain conditions. Software (psychogenic inputs) that are the result of interaction with environments, memory data (history) and our personal way of thinking. All this is lumped into action-props that is in our control only partially.
