How do you perceive the citizens (not leadership/government) of the Capitol. Do you believe most of them are silly and ignorant to the inequalities in Panem, or do they know, but choose not to care?

In my opinion, the citizens know but choose not to care. They are so caught up in themselves and their wealth, that they don't understand how hard the struggles of the lower class are
