Do you think it is easier or harder than it used to be to be a meteorologist?

please help my work is almost due ! :)

Due to technological advancements, they have more equipment to help them with their job. However, with technology comes flaws but not like how it used to be when they didn’t have much to help predict the weather. Also the fact that they have to be good on camera and have a good stage presence.
