As per given,

Selling price =
(7)/(20)x

Loss =Cost price - Selling price


=x-(7)/(20)x\\\\=(20-7)/(20)x\\\\=(13)/(20)x

The loss percent =
(loss)/(Cost\ price)*100


=((13)/(20)x)/(x)*100\\\\=(13)/(20)*100\\\\=13*5\%\\\\=65\%
