can someone give me an advise about on how I hurt my feelings on what I do...How to prove that I am me.. if someone that I love see my past and that can read my thoughts I don't want them to say sorry I just want them to see how much it hurts when they do that to me​

I personally will tell them, becasue if you don't tell them it might cause misunderstanding. Liking someone is hard because while your considering your emotions you would have to consider the other personal also. I don't know if this helps or no but this is my advise for you.
