HELP ASAP CORRECTLY!!!

write your opinion as far as wether you think judges should be allowed to hand down sentences based on the characteristics of individual cases and defendants, or should they follow mandatory sentencing guidelines. (1 paragraph at least)

I think judges should follow mandatory sentencing guidelines because it would be unfair to get so many sentences. If you get what i mean hopes this helps.
