Turn 2 4/6 into an improper fraction
16/6
To turn 2/3 into 1 cup, multiply my 3/2 for both the flour and sugar.
1 cup flour = 3/2(16/6)
1=48/12
Reduce
1 cup flour = 4 cups sugar.
Hope it helps! I can provide image if needed
