Considering that the WHO (World Health organization ) had previous growing concerns about influenza pandemics for many years , do you think we were well prepared for the Corona virus outbreak ? Why or why not? Please explain :

Yes and no. They have been preparing for a coronavirus outbreak for years, as they were already experimenting vaccines. I do not think they were prepared for how fast the disease spreads and how deadly it can be
