Since y=x+1 you get your first x value which is 2 and add one which is 3. Your first coordinate is (2,3) now the second one is 5 so 5+1=6 meaning your coordinate is (5,6) and so on a so forth so technically just add one to the x able and use your x value and the new value you just solved for to create the new coordinate to graph
