If the second of three consecutive integers is subtracted from 135, the result is the sum of the first and third. What are the integers?

Answer:

44, 45, and 46

Explanation:

135-(x+1)=x+(x+2)

135-(x+1)=2x+2

135=3x+3

132=3x

x=44

So the first number is 44

Then just add 1 and 2 to get 45 and 46 as the second and third number.
