Why do our limbs hurt when they wake up? I know that blood is rushing back to that limb, but why does it hurt?

Answer:

what you said about the blood.

Step-by-step explanation:

when all of the blood is going to the limb than no blood gets to the other parts of the body so your muscles hurt. It is like when you are in a pool and you hold your breath to long your lungs start to hurt.
