Danny is making hot chocolate. The recipe calls for 1/2 cup of powder to 2 cups of warmed milk. If Danny wants to make 6 cups of hot chocolate, how much powder does he need?

Answer: he would need 3 cups of powder
Step by step explanation: for one cup of hot chocolate he needs 1/2 cup of powder, so to make six cups you simply multiply 1/2 times 6 which is 3 cups of powder.
