At a local print shop, 12 copies can be made for $3. At this rate, how much would it cost to make 84 copies? Fill out the table of equivalent ratios until you find a value of x. But i don't get it i divided 21 but got 4/7 & 1/7 so do i multiply or what

Answer:

$21

Explanation:

You have to use ratios

(12)/(3) =(84)/(x) \\\\12x=252\\x=21

It would cost $21 to make 84 copies
