can the circle created by the two circles count as being apart of just the two circles? that's the only way I can think of doing this is putting 8 in each outer circle and 1 in the middle because then each circle would have 9 dots or whatever and it would still be equal to 17 objects.
B. I think that's the only way but there might be more (sorry!)
C. I think u should just start putting 4 objects in the right circle and 3 objects in the left circle until you use up all 17
