Explanation:
Find the GCF of 5 and 15. It's 5.
Divide both numbers by 5. 5 divided by 5 is 1. 15 divided by 5 is 3.
Reassemble the numbers. You now have 1 over 3. We simply just made the numbers smaller, so we keep them in the same place
