caravan total cost is = 7000 + 20% VAT = 7000 + 0,20*7000 = 7000 + 1400 = 8400

Ria pays deposit = 3000

8400 - 3000 = 5400

rest to pay for 6 months

5400/6 = 900

monthly payment is 900
