Explanation:

Perimeter = 2l + 2w

Perimeter = 2(7x - 3) + 2(2(x + 3))

Perimeter = 14x - 6 + 4(x+3)

Perimeter = 14x -6 +4x +12

Perimeter = (18x + 6)m
