Answer: -13

Explanation:

1. Isolate x: move 5 to the otherside

=> -2x-6=4*5 => -2x-6=20

2. Move 6 to the otherside: -2x=20+6 => -2x=26

3. Divide both sides by -2

=> x=26/-2 => x=-13
