She includes 4 roses and 2 tulips. If she
decides to triple the amount of flowers in
the bouquet, how many of each will she
have?

She will have 12 roses and 6 tulips
Solution:
4 roses x 3 = 12 roses
2 tulips x 3 = 6

It is 18, 4 x 3 equals 12 and add on 2 x 3 equals 6. 12 + 6= 18
