The probability that the first student that's interviewed is from Middle Georgia State College will be 6/9.

Now, when the second student is picked, there'll be 8 students left out of which 5 will be from Middle Georgia State College. Therefore, the probability of choosing someone from there is 5/8.

Now, the probability that both of the interviewed students are from Middle Georgia State College will be:

= 6/9 × 5/8

= 2/3 × 5/8

= 10 / 24
