How did the lower-class view Caesar's death? What about the ruling class?

Answer: The middle and lower classes were distraught. Not even hours after Caesar’s death they gathered in the forum. They started worshiping him as a God.

The Roman First Class largely rejoiced at the death of Caesar. With some exceptions of those who were friends of Caesar.
