What are the pros and cons of being a planetary geologist?

Answer:

Pros include lots of travel, more cool technology, and the sense that you're involved in a field with that could save a lot of lives. Cons are they're tough jobs to get, and if you don't get one your degree isn't broadly applicable to other careers. Probably a good job for an introvert, depending on your ambition.
