How do we perform obstruct running?​

Answer:

Obstruction can basically happen anywhere on the field and can sometimes or often happen in a base path of when or while the ball is potentially in the outfield. Most times some fielders will the watch the ball and tend to ignore the runners around them. It is very important and or imperative that umpires focus on the runners to make sure there are not obstructed and while running the bases.
