If two spacecraft are moving at the same velocity, but one is in a higher orbit than the other, how will their speed over the

land compare? Which one will complete a full rotation first, or will thev be equal?

Answer:

the one closer to the earth will have less distance to travel... seeming to travel faster it is merely going less distance and will be the first to loop.
