It has become more representative of the country over the years because the Supreme Court is becoming diversified. Typically, the Supreme Court was only made up of White, Christian men, but now there have been African-American and Hispanic justices, female justices, justices of Jewish background, etc..
America is home to people of all backgrounds and should be represented as such.
