I’m not sure what the ordered pairs given are, but one way to tell is just plug the values in the ordered pair into their spot in the function, so for example take the y value in the ordered pair and put in instead of the y in the function and take the x value and put in instead of the x in the function, then simplify and see if the the numbers equal each other
For example you were given the ordered pair (5,3), plug in 3 instead of the y and 5 instead of the x, so the function would be 3 = 5/4 + 5, which means 3 = 1 1/4 + 5, which simplifies to 3 = 6 1/4. Since that’s not true, the ordered pair doesn’t exist in the graph of that function.
