Answer: y+7 = -1(x-0)

Explanation:

Point-slope formula is...

y-x1 = m(x-y1)

x1 = -7 (double negative so it would turn into a positive)

m = slope

y1 = 0

*if confused about y & x don't worry about them only y1, x1, and m.
