Without a clear text structure, the purpose of an informational text can be hard to understand.

You’re left with D & B. Text structure refers to how authors organize information in text and narrative is a telling of some true or fictitious event or connected sequence of events, sometimes recounted by a narrator to an audience.
D. Text structure is most relevant.
