first thing group the like terms

Explanation:

you have to take negative four and group it with six, when negative four is taken to the other side it's no longer negative it's positive 4 it changes a sign because it's on the other side, therefore it will be 6+4=10 and then you have to divide both sides by 7 for instance 7×÷7 is equal to and<10 ÷7

therefore x is equal and < 10/7
