How can you track changes in muscular endurance?

Answer:

Continue to work out. However, make sure that the weights you are using are a bit difficult after the first few reps. This will make it easier for you to know when and how much strength/muscular endurance you are gaining. However, make sure to be careful and not to use weights that are to heavy, as it can be dangerous for you physically.
