Explanation:

Assuming the arrows denote that this behavior continues for the rest of the function we can say what the domain and range are. Domain is the x-values where this function exists. There are no holes or asymptotes visible so it would appear it exists at all x-values and therefore all real numbers. For the range we can see the line does not go into the positive y-values at all. That means the range is all negative values and no positives, or (0,-∞).
