How does the supreme court’s ruling on "Brown V. Board of education" fit what we know about law and justice?

Answer:

Brown v. Board of Education fixed a racial injustice that allowed black people to be segregated and treated unfairly, under the guise of "separate but equal". In reality, accomodations were hardly equal. With Brown v. Board of Education, the Court decided that school segregation was unconstitutional, forcing schools to offer classes to students of all races.
