How would you prove that the bacteria growing on the surface of a spread plate is an obligate aerobe

See if the bacteria that is growing, is able to grow in an anaerobic jar.
If it does grow, then it is anaerobic.
If it doesn’t grow, then it is aerobic, and is an obligate aerobe.
