Discuss which Target Heart Rate Zone and bpm you can realistically and comfortably reach and maintain for 20-30 minutes of continuous physical aerobic activity in order to get the most benefit from a cardio fitness workout?

Hi! This is more of a health question. Considering you’d have to find your heart rate and calculate from there on, I can’t really help too much! If you know how to find your pulse, you can figure out your target heart rate zone from there. And once you do, you can just go into detail about it in your discussion! Hope this helps!
