ANSWER IS x=1/4

Steps:
Subtract log3 (12) From both sides

log3 (2x) + log3 (12) - log3 (12) = log3 (6) -log3 (12)

Simplify
log3(2x)=log3(6)-log3(12)

Apply log rules

2x=1/2

Solve
2x=1/2: x=1/4

Solution is true so the answer is X=1/4.
