Y=5/2x+5 is ur answer hope this helps

y = 5/2x + 5

5/2 is the slope (rise over run) and we know it is positive because it is going up from left to right. You could also say 2.5, but I don’t know if your teacher wants you to leave it in fraction form. + 5 is the y-intercept.
