It can cause you to wake up during the night. It could cause people who have stress to feel like their sleep is less restful and more stressful. So even if you are not up for large periods of time during the day or the night, perhaps you're not sleeping as deeply as you normally would or like, or you're more restless in your sleep. Also people do have early morning awakenings. Some people have to wake up at 7:00
