Answer: y = -6/5x -2

Explanation:

First point: (-5, 4)

Y-intercept (it's a point and we need it for the y-int as well): (0, -2)

slope ( y2 - y1 divided by x2 - x1):
(4-(-2))/((-5)-0) = 6/-5

y = -6/5x -2

Hope this helps! it's kinda hard to do all the fraction symbols and stuff online, but this should do it!!
