The Louisiana Purchase proved popular with most white Americans, who were hungry for more western lands to settle. The deal was much less popular with African Americans and Native Americans. Why do you think this was true? ANSWER IN A COMPLETE PARAGRAPH.

White Americans were more treasured at the time. African Americans and native Americans were seen as low class and slaves. White Americans were seen as kings and queens, while African Americans and native were seen as peasants. On January 1st 1863, everything changed.
