This question can go many different ways. Most people who are bullies are just looking for acceptance. If someone is bullying someone else, it is a sign that they are jealous of the social spot that person has in which they mean to demolish that position from that person. If someone wants to be above that bully and basically start that cycle over again, they can for the simple fact that they want to be looked at more.
