y = - x

Explanation:

-y = -x is the same as y=x and to get an equation that is perpendicular to another one you just have to find the reciprocal (opposite) number of the SLOPE. The reciprocal of 1 is -1, therefore the perpendicular equation to -y=-x is y=-1
