Answer is x and y axis are labeled on the graph.
X is horizontal, goes left and right of (0).
Y is vertical, goes up and down from (0).
Ordered pairs are always in x,y order. So
(-2,3) is -2 on the x axis (going left 2), and moving up + 3.

I’m not sure what else you need on the questions for these 3 attachments.
