slope of the line that contains PQ = 0

Because the line is parallel to x axis


slope of the line that contains QR

(5-1)/(-6+2) = 4/-4 = -1


slope of the line that contains PR
(1-5)/(-2-2) = -4/-4 = 1


PR and QR are perpendicular so the triangle is right
