L = 6 feet ; W = 4 feet

Explanation:

l = 2 + w

perimeter/2 = 8

l + w > 8


2 + w + w > 8

2 + 2w > 8

2w > 8-2

2w > 6

2/2 w > 6/2

w > 3

smallest integer > 3 = 4

W= 4

L = 4 + 2 = 6
