In right angles , side of all angles. how am I supposed to know what is adjacent to angle I'm trying to find and what is opposite from it.

I know the hypotenuse because it is the biggest one ​

In right triangles, the opposite side will be the side of the triangle that is not the hypotenuse that does NOT help form the angle. The adjacent side will be the side that is not the hypotenuse that does help form the angle.
