Solution;

a_n=a_(n-1)+6
\begin{gathered} a_2=a_1+6=-23+6=-17 \\ \end{gathered}
a_3=-17+6=-11
a_4=-11+6=-5
a_5=-5+6=1
a_6=1+6=7
a_7=7+6=11

The answer is 11
